Let’s make Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Dippin’ Dots!
I got to make fresh ice cream for a very special group of campers at Camp Shady Brook YMCA in Deckers, CO.
The camp was hosted by Elevating Connections (elevatingconnections.org) the Colorado regional affiliate of Camp To Belong (camptobelong.org) which reunites brothers and sisters who have become separated by the foster care system through a week of camp in the summer and other events throughout the year.
I am so glad to get to make a special moment for all the campers to share together. I hope they ask me to come back next time!
I am really touched by the good work folks all around us do. I am inspired to help where I can.
